Task: To build a moveable bridge using three wooden beams supported above the ground on any of a staggered series of concrete blocks. The group must get all of its members from the starting point to the ending point, taking the beams with them. The concrete blocks are placed so that the beams cannot span them diagonally, but this fact is not given to members of the group.
